Doors open one hour before each concert & special event performance. Doors open thirty minutes before each theatrical performance. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager, according to the wishes of the artist and/or producers.
FAMILIES AND CHILDREN
While most performances are suitable for the entire family, some programs may contain adult subject matter. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Box Office.
Please use discretion, and consider other audience members when deciding whether to bring infants and small children to a performance. For Theatrical shows not designated as THEATRE FOR YOUNG AUDIENCES presentations, children under the age of 4 are not permitted in the audience. Children of ALL ages are welcome at our Theatre For Young Audiences Presentations.
Remember every patron, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Children are welcome to sit in laps, but must have a ticket. Ask in advance if there are students and/or children’s discounts for certain shows. Not all shows will have a discount.
Any audience member, regardless of age, that becomes disruptive to the audience or the performers will be escorted from the performance by a member of our management team. No refund will be given if an audience member is asked to permanently leave a performance.
Programs, artists and performance dates are subject to change without notice. Should circumstances prevent an attraction from appearing as announced, a replacement performance (which may be a different genre, at a different date or time) will be rescheduled. Refunds, credits or exchanges cannot be offered.
In the event of adverse weather and/or less-than-ideal road conditions, the performance will go on as scheduled if the artist or attraction is present (no refunds, credits or exchanges will be offered).
Cameras or recording equipment of any type are not permitted within the theatre unless expressly allowed by the artist. This information is available at the Box Office at the performance and is subject to change without notice in accordance with the rights, obligations and expressed wishes of the artists, presenters and/or producing organization.
